Free guide · weight-loss myths
Your body still runs on mechanisms built over nearly all of human history for food scarcity. The environment changed fast. People did not.

Who it is for
- You know pretty well what you should eat, and you still don't do it.
- You have tried to lose weight before and lost it – and gained it back.
- You suspect this isn't only about willpower.
Questions the guide answers
This is not a list of foods to eat or avoid. It covers three myths that easily keep guilt going:
- Is weight loss really just math: calories in, calories out?
- Do you really just need more willpower?
- Does every craving mean your body needs food?
The answers are in the guide, through concrete examples.
Why this is personal for me
I had tried to lose weight before. I had dropped weight and gained it back. I knew well enough what I "should" do.
Still, my weight eventually reached 134 kilos.
- 134 kilos, my highest weight.
- Type 2 diabetes diagnosis.
- 45 kilos lost, and type 2 diabetes remission.
I started to understand why I had eaten the way I ate. When my own relationship with food changed, it eventually led to losing 45 kilos and to type 2 diabetes remission.
These are my results. They do not tell you what will happen to anyone else. If you take medication, changing it should always be discussed with your own doctor.
